Peer governed, Not for Profit looking for an organized, professional and inclusive HR and Office Manager to directly supervise a 2 to 4 team-oriented office staff at our Business Office in Bath, NY and to support our field staff. Our organization serves and employs families with children identified with emotional, intellectual and mental health challenges. We also serve and employ peers in self-identified recovery from mental health and/or addiction challenges. We offer an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Requirements: BA degree or relevant experience or Human Resource Certification.
Duties: Duties include the collaborative opportunity to develop policies and procedures, hire, orient and train staff, assist staff with resources to meet their personal needs, participate in paid training, develop and input information into electronic record keeping systems and maintain agency records.
Job Type: This is a full-time (37.5) position. Hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
Salary: Non-Exempt Salary, $39,000 plus a year, credentials depending.
