Children’s HCBS Family Peer Support – Wayne County, NY

AspireHope NY, Inc. is hiring Children’s Home and Community Based Family Peer Support staff in Wayne County, NY, to provide peer support, strength-based advocacy, family support services, and educational opportunities, for families residing in the community. Also looking for staff who speak Spanish fluently as a second language.

Must have experience with children’s mental health, education, or other community services. Preferably a parent or guardian of a child who has mental health and/or developmental challenges, and is familiar with those systems of care.

High school Diploma or GED required; must have good organizational skills. Good communication skills needed, including public speaking, listening and assertiveness. Must have reliable transportation and able to travel within the region. Must be able to work afternoons and evenings with possible Saturday hours. Must provide consent and pass all required clearances.

$15.76 per hour – $16.26 with Credentialing; Mileage reimbursement
